I really liked the casino, restaurants and room. With that, I found every hallway I walked in any of the areas really needed a cleaning! pieces of paper, etc. the entire time I was there. The inside of the elevators were streaked with something, honestly the place needs a good cleaning! I also found getting around the resort to various venues was terrible as there were very few signs to guide us. We never received any kind of map and honestly the app should be able to "GPS" us to where we needed to get to. In general except inside the restaurants, we found the staff very unhappy/unfriendly. We had to stop several times and ask directions and we were not greeted well. We also felt there was a lack of entertainment. The only night we had entertainment was on Thursday and the casino bar in the round. Cherokee has a lot of potential but someone needs to take charge of the hotel and casino and make some changes!

1st time is ever stayed on property, and it was a last min plan.. checkin was a breeze even though, I checked in at the wrong tower. Valet or self park options available. Easy to follow signage from the parkkng decks to the rooms to.the gaming floor.. we didnt win anything of measure, but had fun, slept well in comfy beds!

To far to walk from parking to room couldn’t figure out what elevator or wing very confusing everyone we talked to was on the same mess not properly marked where to go never again

Great stay

Great location for visiting the attractions in Cherokee and the surrounds. The horel is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Free parking is included, although you have to pay a resort fee. Woyld highly recommend if youre in the area.
