The staff was very friendly and helpful, we left some of our belongings and they were kind enough to keep in touch to advise me that they had found it and informed me that I could pick it up whenever I could.

The sheets were not very clean. There were stains on them. The TV remote had no back to it as well as the TV not working due to a signal issue. The toilet would run randomly and it was very loud. The room I stayed in also had a faulty door handle that made it hard to open. I would have to swipe my card twice and then push it with force for it to open.
