The room with the balcony over the river was so nice and peaceful. The guys at check in were fabulous. They had many suggestions of places to dine and things to see. The room was quiet and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety. The lady that kept the items refreshed was super nice. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it it.

Stayed here for a night while passing through and was pleasantly surprised. The location is quiet and scenic, with a nice riverfront vibe that gives it a peaceful feel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Without question, the river flowing behind the property is its greatest asset. Otherwise it would be just another mid-range, average hotel. The toilet in room 207 kept running on its own schedule. When I reported it to the front desk on the first night of my two-night stay I was told that maintenance was not scheduled until the next day, so the toilet continued to do its thing for my entire stay. That is, randomly coming on when it decided that it was time.

Fantastic view of the Tuskaseegee River

The location of this hotel on the banks of the Tusk river is incredible. The facilities are great. The room is large, with a sitting area and sleep sofa. Free wifi, great TV, refrigerator an microwave. Located in or very near the quaint towns of Sylva and Dillsboro.

Nice deck on the river, fresh plantings.

Awkward being given wrong room #, waking up person, 2 trips to front desk to sort it out. No sheets provided for sofa bed - 3 adults reservation. Clean. Very comfortable king bed. Many corvette owners and cars on site- fun finding that on arrival.
