Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I have been staying at this hotel for about 4 years. It no longer should have a 9.0 rating. The toilet seat had stains on it i had to disinfect before using. There were stains on floor in front of toilet that looked like someone missed the tiolet whilte urinating. The shower was dirty.
This bathroom was not cleaned.
Hot water for oatmeal was warm. Had to throw away. Sausage patties were way over down in microwave. Hard to cut.
The worst part of breakfast was the seats .ALL tbe seats were so badly worn n stained At the tables i refused to sit in one. The hightop tables had slightly newer seats that didnt show as much wear.
I showed pictures to front desk when I left. I had already gotten a late checkout approved when I checked in. Thought i might have to stay a second night.
Well there was no way i was going to stay in this room again.
So i checked out early in tbe morning. What a shame. This was a 9.0 rating previously. Not anymore.
I informed the staff when I left and showed pictures.
Already filled out a Best Western survey . I sometimes book directly with them but in a rush if i cant talk i use the hotels .com app.
I was hoping someone from the hotel staff would have called me today to follow up. Oh well this hotel is on the same river thst I am buildimg a house on. I had my quest stay here in the past.
