I truly enjoyed my stay here at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Union City. It was very easy to navigate to arrive at this hotel. I really appreciated, how quiet and safe I felt for the duration of my stay. I have no complaints about my room. It was clean and I appreciate it being able to upgrade to a higher level floor. However, my only issue is I requested a receipt to be emailed to me I have yet to receive that as I need that for accounting purposes, but other than that, I have no other complaints about my stay here.

The woman who checked me in was very pleasant. We checked in around 730pm. The refrigerator did not work. We instead used the sink with ice to keep my son’s food cold. The room was very dusty and the carpet felt like it needed a cleaning. Stains on the comforter. One of the beds had a broken frame so it slanted to the ground In the morning after showering went to use the blow dryer but there was no blow dryer The shower had mold in it. The bathroom looked like it could use a good deep cleaning. The walls covered in dust, behind toilet hadn’t been cleaned in awhile or the shelves under sink. Looked like they just do quick wipe downs and skip routine deep cleanings We left early next morning Not a hotel I would stay at again

I'm falling a complaint front, does charge? Me wrong amount. She then assured me. It was remembers, but it wasn't next day. They charge me again in air.I went to report it and they told me it was a technical error and assured me it would be fixed but it still hasn't been fixed.I asked If manager, can you contact me and never gotta call terrible service? I'm never gonna stay there again. I'm still waiting for my money to get reimbursed. I'm going to report this incident.
