My email and message through their website about the airport shuttle went unanswered and that should've been a clue. I finally got a response through hotels.com messaging and was told if I was unable to phone on arrival to request the shuttle, to message through here or send an email. The message was never answered. They failed to mention the phones within the arrivals area could be used to phone them (the phones state 'Kenilworth Inn'). 2 hours after collecting my luggage I got to my room. It was next to the highway so very noisy, fortunately I was exhausted. Breakfast was disappointing. Aside from the shuttle issues and the lack of response, the staff were nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff at the front desk was exceptionally nice. They went above and beyond. However, the two rooms I experienced the phones in the room didn't work. Breakfast, the bread had mold and its the same buffet everyday. The last off-putting thing was they said the restaurants are nearby, they really arent especially when its cold outside. If you're on a budget, the place is okay, FOR ONE NIGHT, but I won't recommend for long stays and I won't be staying here again.

The hot water in the sink didn't work. And the pipe made a terrible loud noise when you tried to use it. Cold water was fine. Maintenance man was never around. No and misleading VIP benefits, very noise properly next to highway. Expedia booking shows a $14 food and beverage credit with no limitations or exceptions. When you get to the property, the credit is limited to lousy restaurant and not the convenience stand. So if you want to get that bottle of water, you will be denied the credit. If they give you an ODD room number (highway side), I hope you bring your ear plugs, you will hear every truck and speeding car in the highway all night long.

Everything was very nice, the staff was nice and loved the idea of the airport shuttle they will pick you up after landing and will take you to the airport to leave after checking out. Room was very clean and very comfortable and cozy.
