"Originally booked a Volcano Bay room and when we arrived and checked in there was damage to the room. Broken clock, exposed wiring on a light switch, long walk to the main area, and terrible beds. "Friendly staff from check in desk to breakfast staff and cleaners . We didn’t use the pool as we went to Volcano Bay . Laundry facilities were handy and easy to use $4 wash $4 to dry . Car park seemed a bit steep at around $30 per night but we had Uber instead of a car . We would definitely use again ..."
