Worst stay in a hotel EVER

After making the booking i was informed the pool and restaurant were closed. It should have said so before I booked. Upon arrival I saw that there was a total renovation going on with workers and dust everywhere. I asked if there was any coffee available-No, I asked where the ice machine was- we don't have one it was removed for the renovation. When I got to my room, which was neat and tidy, there was no chair to sit on at the desk so i had to go back to reception and ask him for one, he was very helpful and fetched one from another room. After I had finished working i went to get a shower-the valve was broken and partially removed so i couldn't have a shower. I then went to wash my face - there was no hot water. I thought i would sit outside and take in the evening sunshine with a cocktail, after id had to drive to 7/11 for ice. There were no chairs outside anywhere on the property so i went back to my room to watch some TV- that didn't work either just a frozen pixelated screen. All in all this was the worst hotel visit i have experienced in over 50 years of travel in many countries around the world including the third world. That hotel should not have even been selling rooms at this time and i feel as though i was scammed. I am going to apply for a refund

Broken glass at the building entrance upon first arriving to the hotel, roaches in the room, stains on the towels and sheets, no trash can in the room, and no remote for the TV. Won’t be staying here again.

This property is a complete disaster—avoid it at all costs. It’s under major renovation, yet they’re still renting out a small, outdated portion. They should shut it down until it's finished. Construction makes it loud and filthy. The units are old, with rock-hard beds and stained bedding. Security gates don’t lock. The pool, hot tub, and clubhouse are all out of service—so there are zero amenities. Yet, they shamelessly charge a "resort fee." The staff is incompetent and unethical. I extended my stay for a few hours due to an afternoon flight after a sleepless night. While I was out, staff entered my room without reason, rifled through my belongings, and stole a brand-new $40 shirt. When I confronted them, they dismissed me as if I were imagining things. They're thieves preying on guests. To make it worse, their front desk is unreachable—they just let the phone ring. As I checked out, I saw them ignoring calls with no regard for guests. Other issues? No hangers, no bathmat, a broken toilet that doesn't flush, and damaged furniture. This place is a joke.

This property was a complete joke. Stay away at all costs. They are in the middle of a full rehab of the property and only a small portion is available. They should just shut it down until they are completed. It's loud and dirty because of the construction. The available units are very outdated with exceptionally uncomfortable beds and stained bedding. Security gates don't lock. The pool, hot tub, and club house are all out of commission, meaning absolutely no amenities. Yet they have the audacity to charge a 'resort fee'. The staff is incompetent and unethical. I extended a 'night' even though I had an afternoon flight as I needed a few more hours of sleep after an early morning meeting following a very poor night sleep, as I couldn't check in anywhere else. After I extended and before I had returned from my meeting, the staff had entered my room for no justifiable reason, completely rummaged through my stuff and stole a nice, new, $40 shirt of mine. When I brought it up they completely dismissed it and acted like I was delusional. The reality is they are thieves taking advantage of their customers. Oh, and threw all of this I couldn't reach anyone at the hotel's reception desk as they simply don't answer their phone; as I checked out I witnessed them just letting the phone ring incessantly with no care to provide service to their guests. Other things to note, they don't provide basic things like hangers & bathmat, the toilet wouldn't flush, the furniture was broken.

This hotel is uninhabitable. Half of it's closed for construction, and they are renting out the other half, which is falling apart, full of insects, old, dirty, smelly, the beds have two worn-out pillows, the towels are stained and full of small hair, old, and look overused, the refrigerator and microwave look like they haven't been maintained for years, the TV is also too old and has no working channels. In fact, everything in the room is disgusting and uncomfortable. It's incredible that they offer service in a place like this, at any price it's expensive.
