We absolutely loved costa del sol. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The building is incredible and the paprika restaurant was fantastic as well. Best breakfast in 4 hotels in Peru and we chose to Eat dinner there twice after a not Great experience in Cusco. We were Honestly sad to leave this hotel!

I absolutely loved the Novotel Cusco! The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. The Novotel is located in the perfect location, quick ride to and from the airport, and a short walk to the main square in Cusco, tons of shopping & dining. Rooms were spacious, quiet, very clean, with extras like a mini bar for purchase. The lobby has a wonderful ambiance with tons of natural light, and the included breakfast was amazing. Most importantly, I felt safe here traveling as a solo female.

I could not be more impressed with this hotel. I chose JW Marriot in Cusco to celebrate my successful proposal with my now fiance. This hotel absolutely blew our minds and surpassed any expectation we had for hotels! I now have a new standard for what a hotel should be. The property is perfect, it's so clean I would have no trouble eating off the floor and our room was fantastic. The spa is beautiful, the food was excellent and the drinks were superb. All that being said, the absolute best part of our stay here was the staff. Every single person we interacted with were kind, attentive, and went far above and beyond what we would expect from them. They seemed genuinely happy to do their job and i cannot praise the staff enough for makimg our celebration so wonderful and special. We will never forget our stay at this hotel. The only thing that we were a little sad about was that the massage staff was booked out through the weekend so we were not able to secure an appointment for a deep tissue massage after our grueling 8 day hike through the Andes. I suppose that might be because they are also great at their jobs like the rest of the staff. Thank you soooo much for an experience we will never forget!!

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff a good location overlooking the city of Cusco. The breakfast buffet was great.

Amazing historical hotel! All personnel are friendly and ready to help. Young gentleman Ronaldo does great hotel tours everyday at 5pm and after another great guy Manuel does Pisco Sour class in a bar.
