My small family pulled in after a long day of traveling and were warmly greeted by Keshang, who got us checked in quickly, offered water, and even a toy to my small son. Our room was super spacious and well prepared. Each morning offered a massive free breakfast that easily saved us $30+ per day. The laundry facilities (2 wash/2 dry) are free to use and you can buy soap/dryer sheets at the front desk. Speaking of - someone is at the front desk 24/7 - I'm super appreciative of this. During a one week stay, I interacted with at least 4 staff members and each one was very friendly, pleasant to speak to, and offered help at every turn. The only drawback is that there's a BBQ restaurant across the street that played outdoor live music on weekend nights. It didn't seem to go past 9pm so maybe there's a curfew, but when you're doing bedtime for a small child at 7-8pm, it was off-putting. We were on the far side across from the pool. Aside from asking for a different room, we loved this location and would definitely stay again.

WONDERFUL Facility

This is a great hotel. Clean, modern, well maintained, friendly staff, great parking, good location. My only complaint is they are “pet friendly”. Not a problem for 99% of the population, but I DON’T LIKE ANIMALS.

This is my second stay at the Home2Suites in Utica, and I would readily book there again! In both my experiences, the staff was friendly & accommodating, our room was clean & spacious, and we enjoyed walking to the local restaurants!

The road out front is busy, but the hotel has close restaurants you can walk to that are very good. Hotel also had free washers and dryers that worked well and seemed almost new. Had a welcome gift for our dog that was very sweet!

Hilton carries a good name. The rooms are clean. The housekeepers are afraid to speak to guests. The front desk are rude/precocious-i had some ‘Hilton points questions” apparently I misunderstood rules ‘that everyone knew’ but me. Asked got a receipt-again-couldn’t print one as I didn’t use their app-if you only use Hilton’s -u r in the club-otherwise-FU from staff!

Nice and Sweet

I loved the comfort of the hotel and mini kitchen in my room. I stayed for one night but would be comfortable staying for longer. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
