The view from the motel is beautiful! We wish we could have stayed there longer. It is very family friendly and we love entering from the outside and not through a hall.
The water was very clear. Our grandson loved it!

The 3 tier property has an amazing view of the the lake. Beach access was nice to relax at and take in the beautiful scenery. Kids enjoyed the floating dock and swimming.

The location to downtown Cooperstown was convenient. Our room was comfortable but small and could use an update. Room was clean though. The area across the street, beach, dock, patio, were definitely highlights. The staff made it all worthwhile. The young man who checked us in took the time to make recommendations for sightseeing, meals and activities in the area. We enjoyed our stay and will consider Lake View if we return to the area

One of the most friendly and efficient check in's I've ever experienced. Willis was great! If I didn't know better, I would say that Willis is an perfected AI generated bot. He seemed to anticipate our arrival, had friendly and humorous anecdotes about the area and made us feel genuinely valued. I recommend this property highly.
