We gave a low rating due to poor customer service. The woman who checked us in spoke limited English and came across as quite arrogant, which was disappointing. Also, be aware that parking fees are significant and not clearly disclosed during the booking process, which adds noticeably to the total cost. The hotel itself was fine—clean and comfortable—but during the off-season it felt rather empty and quiet.

I enjoyed our stay here. The room was great and the hot tub outstanding. My only disappointment was we asked about a certain restaurant in town and about saving our parking space and that is when the associate I was speaking to should have told us about the shuttle that was available. We did not know that was an option.

Booked directly at front desk. Paid $35 for parking, it’s worth the stay. King standard room faced back. Room design is outstanding. Linens, drapes all top notch. Kitchen, living area, bedroom and closet are divided beautifully for great comfort. Bathroom is spacious and shower space is ample with excellent product and soft water, it’s that good. It’s a 10 out of 10. You can drive to Village and free parking is a breeze. You can also take a shuttle for ease. It drops you off exactly where you need to be to explore. Stopped at Bully Ranch for a small bite. It was super cozy, good environment, good lighting and priced just right. Coming back to beautiful comfortable room makes a day in Vail a memorable experience. Thank you to the amazing friendly staff. ps. Breakfast is included and outstanding, try the apple muffin, deliciously gourmet.
