Had an amazing stay in Paris! Everything was perfect, from the location to the overall experience. The highlight was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel so welcome the entire time. Truly made my trip even more special. Can’t wait to come back! The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and the metro station is also just 3–5 minutes away, which was very convenient. The lift is small, but two of us could fit with our luggage without any problem. The shampoo wasn’t great, but the conditioner was okay. In terms of cleanliness, it wasn’t dirty, but it could have been a bit better. We did notice a strand of hair in the duvet, which wasn’t very pleasant. On the positive side our room was nice, warm, and cozy.

I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally. Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful. The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone.
