I loved my stay at Hotel Plaza Etoile! The staff were very friendly and helpful duirng my stay. And the room was very clean and comfortable. It was so nice to be so close to everything from dining, and Champs Elysee and the Arc and the metro. I would definitely stay again!

Great customer service! Bed was a bit hard and they put a mattress pad on it. Superior room 502 has street view and a view of the arc and top of the Eiffel Tower you can see sparkle at night. Very convenient location.

The location was very good. However, the hotel needs room improvements; the rooms are extremely small. It has tiny showers and needs a bigger breakfast room.
