The property was clean, and the staff was very professional and courteous. It wasn't easy to find at first, but it is located right off La Rambla. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property could not provide wifi which is essential for any traveller. The staff did not help to address the issue and responded it is what it is and technical staff are not available. Basically a paid service which is not provided.

Bastien at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He kindly sorted out balloons, a gorgeous cake and bubbles in the room for my niece’s birthday. His customer service was impeccable and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely come back to stay here. Thank you for making my nieces birthday special!

Si glad we stayed here, the rooms was nice clean and the location is a 10 . Close to the Hop on Hop off bus, Metro station and easy to get a cab if needed. Lots of good returants around for breakfast. Definitely would recommend, and again the location is SUPER!
