I have stayed at this hotel a few times. For it's location, its relatively inexpensive. Close to many good restaurants in Yaletown or along Davie. I enjoyed the Yakitori restaurant close by the hotel last time. Clean rooms, fairly spacious. No cleaning service if you stay 2 days - often that has been a good thing if I'm working in my room during the stay. Last time the staff at the front desk upgraded my room. Often this is one of hotels I look to book when coming to Vancouver.

The room and hotel were amazing, I stayed here for two nights and would definitely stay again, only problem is one elevator was out of service which made going anywhere tedious and crowded. Regardless the staff were nice and maintenance man who fixed our TV were spectacular! 9/10

Staff very good, the hotel was hey clean. Unfortunately the hot tub was down, however the small gym was good. The attached restaurant was excellent.

I wasn't happy with the services.They charged me $200 for damage deposite.The shower head and lamp shade covers are fraigile. The quality is bad. i thought cleaning job after customers left is their job. They blamed for me too. I hope u can help me to get money deposite back.
