Hotel was ok location is horrible. Downtown Vancouver has a serious issue with drug addicts and fentanyl zombies. Every direction I traveled my wife and I encountered numerous people obviously on drugs. Multiple people standing asleep for blocks. Crazy people yelling at themselves in the street. People openly smoking meth on the sidewalk. Constant sirens. Its a really sad situation. Overwhelming smell of marijuana most everywhere we went. Very dissapointing.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The front desk reception did not point out any points of interest to us and was not helpful. There staff certainly does not know how to promote Vancouver! The following nights were so noisy that we could not sleep until 3 to 4 am in the morning. It was horrible. We had tour in the morning and none of us had a good night sleep! When we complained all the girl said was that "we are in the business district there is nothing we can do about it." She did not offer to change our or even apologize. On top of that the pillow cases smell. I don't know how the beddings are washed. We had to put the hand towels on the pillow to on It's terrible. There are better 3 star hotels in Vancouver than this place. This was a horrible stay for us. Don't stay here!

Such a great location. We took the Quick Shuttle from Seattle to Vancouver a day early before leaving for an Alaskan cruise. Great service. Very efficient and friendly staff. Nice room. We slept great.

Well, the room was clean, however the shower leaked, the towels were rough, the toilet paer holder was falling off the wall, carpeting old and looked dirty, no information about the area we were in, concierge would of been nice to have, limited local eateries and the hotel needs a remodel.

This Holiday Inn was great from the start. At the front desk, Julia provided great information about Vancouver attractions and food selection. Jesse’s delightful personality started our day of right during breakfast. Our family tried every breakfast menu item and they all were large portions and quite tasty. I had a room concern I addressed with the front desk that they immediately resolved. The rooms had been recently renovated and there was a heated pool. The depth did get deep quick (9ft) so smaller children might have limited swim area.it is in the middle of everything. I spent less that $10 each Uber traveling to our attractions and we walked to many of them. Great hotel!

The room was great, the lobby was great, the staff was great. All good, quiet, nice, comfortable beds. There is a starbucks within walking distance. Really liked this hotel and would come again.
