The location, staff, and rooms were nice. You can tell a lot of work has gone into updates however the buildings age does show in spots (like the lobby bathroom is god awful). The noise that comes into the rooms from the hallway is pretty terrible too. But the worst part, no pool!!! They need to take it off the amenities list or have the website updated to be explicit about it being closed. I had the most upset and disappointed kiddo.

Pool is advertised but it doesn’t work. No one is allowed to use it. The lights in the gym don’t work so you can’t use that either. There are three different elevators but NONE of them lead to your room. I had to carry 4 pieces of luggage thru stairs. You can’t use a trolley either. Ice machine on the floor doesn’t work. Staff member advised that early check is available but when we arrived they didn’t honor it. Not happy. Not convinced that i should have paid this much money.
