Room appeared clean and staff were friendly. Our tv did not have a good connection the cable kept coming in and out not sure what was going on. Wasn’t worth complaining for us though. Room was very hot and couldn’t adjust the temperature to bring it down from 23 degrees. Staff said there wasn’t much they could do as the AC was turned off for the winter. They did bring us a fan right away though which was very helpful. Upon leaving we also a mouse run through the room which was a bit disappointing end to our stay.

Bathroom sink was out of the bathroom.. which was odd. And the hotel had parking but it was paid parking even for guests. Also the hotel was like a maze, was confusing navigating through the hallways. Ran into multiple people who had the same issue.

The room was great , but the breakfast was terrible, no coffee, eggs or meat , when they finally replenished the items , the ham was cold , the fried eggs were ice cold , was a waste of time and money for the three of us , would not recommend it

Everything was great, I don’t remember the name off the gentleman that did my check in, but he was really attentive and he did say hello every time he was working. Love that you guys still have that rental car in the lobby, I did miss the restaurant but all good I know it will be there next time. Every one I encounter was great.
