The hotel is a good location for walking downtown Vancouver. The room itself was functional, but it was definitely showing wear and tear. The food at the restaurant is very good, though service was slow at times. This is a good place for a business trip or touring vacation.

Great weekend Vacay

Last minute find. We found the room nice with city view. Enjoyed the workout area. Hot tub was great with strong jets t loosen up those tight muscles. Found the pool to cold for my liking, my wife wouldnt go in the pool cause it was cold. Location was easy to find & could navigate around quite easily. Housekeeping staff were very friendly & attentive to any of our needs. I highly recommend it..

Great location, restaurant was great, all the staff were exceptional in their service. Honestly can say just the hospitality the staff gave was not something you come across too often. I’m too lazy for reviews but thought the staff and the location deserve a shout out

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for and the view was exceptional! We booked a premier room on the harbour and it was just perfect. Not anything super special about the room, but it was comfortable and the shower was hot. We walked all over and even walked to the Queen Victoria Theater (1KM). Everything felt very safe! The staff was very nice, the parking included was great (don't bring a tall car...very short garage) and the view was perfect!

Very clean hotel and all staff were extremely friendly. A nice surprise to have the room upgraded as well as receiving vouchers for the restaurant. Although the parking is secure and convenient, $40 to park for the night seems a bit excessive and wish it was included with the stay.

Can't beat the location. Stanley Park, Robson St. Restaurants. Easy walk to Pacific Centre. We walked to The Centre of Peeforming Arts for a concert. About a 20 minute walk. The restaurant was very nice with lovely views of the ocean and North shore mountains. Parking was easy. The bed, linens, towels and toiletries were great. All in all we had a very nice stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy hour, with live music, was a very nice bonus!

Great location on the water in Vancouver

Great location with views of the water. Our son loved sitting on the balcony and watching the seaplanes take off. The room was neat and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay! Only issue was the person beside us had a small dog which they left in the room alone and it barked when left! If you need to bring a pet tend to it you wouldn’t leave a child alone!
