It’s was not bad. The carpet was very dirty , and some parts of the room weren’t cleaned very well on first night. The heating thermostat would not turn on so was a little cold but luckily weather was warm. Other than that, not bad

The staff was top notch and bed was so comfy. Rooms a little noisy but you’re downtown and they’re doing much needed renovations so it’s priced right for staying in the heart of downtown.

What stood out for me was the excellent customer service we received from the hotel Duty manager, Shivam Bharadwaj. He ensured our stay was perfect and made my grandsons feel very special. We were on 11th floor so had a spectacular view. A maintenance issue was dealt with immediately, ‘Shiv’ was pleasant, professional and helpful. Andrew, also front desk, was efficient and polite. Room was spacious, bedding clean and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, especially hot tub and Moxie's restaurant which is accessible from hotel had good service and nice meals. Downtown location is convenient to Orpheum, Vancouver Library and stadium and more. I plan to re-book with them in the future. Dec. 2025

Everything was great! It would be nice if there was one patch of grass somewhere around the property for the 4 footed guests, we had to really hunt around downtown Vancouver taking the dog out in the middle of the night, but overall it was a wonderful stay and a very comfortable room.
