Ok but upgrades needed

Staying at Fantasy Land Hotel is a treat but it needs an upgrade. This was the last stay on our trip and was to be our final bonus before heading home but it was the worst of our hotels. It’s just old…no charging ports in the room, not even a microwave.

A conveniently located dated property. Paid for an upgrade and felt that i got a lesser quality room. I discussed my disappointment at the front desk and sue to their vacancy rate couldn't do anything except refund the amount paid for the upgrade. High price for a dated hotel but very convenient if attending WEM events.

Everything was amazing including the hot tub and the best part is that we stayed there after we got married in the Roman themed room. This is not my first time and will be booking again in the future

The best part about this hotel is location! It truly is so convenient staying right near the mall especially if you are visiting the waterpark. However the room is clearly aged and the reception staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly, whenever I had question they weren’t very forthcoming. The cleaning ladies and valet always had a smile though!

We had a dead mouse in the room the first night. We were offered an upgrade however the room was not ready until mid day the so we had nowhere to go. No manager followed up with us. very disappointing.
