The Empress impresses

Decided to do up a birthday in style at The Empress, so chose the Fairmont Gold Level which gave us access to special food offerings, entertainment, and services. We felt like royalty in this beautiful location.

Room was amazing with all the amenities. Staff went above and beyond - especially Peter and his coworker. Peter took excellent care of our luggage, went out of his way to be helpful and made our experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
