Bright, spacious, great - bed even the pullout was comfortable, nice to have hardwood floors . Only drawback is getting used to having no air conditioning and the ensuite bedroom bathroom doesn’t have a door or shower- just a tub. Temperature was perfect with windows open. Highly recommend. Great value.

Our stay here was lovely! The suite we got was plenty of room for our family of 3, with a cute balcony for sitting outside in the evenings. The cleanliness of our room was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. The front desk was always extremely helpful and pleasant and the amenities were fantastic. Would love to stay here again.

This is a great hotel. The only very minor criticism was that the finishes in the room did not match the elegance of the rest of the hotel. Nonetheless, my friend and I had a great stay. Relaxed, enjoyed the great location, and fantastic beds. Great staff!

Great stay here. Brilliant apartment with small balcony. No on site restaurant but there is a 7am-8pm cafe. The breakfast was gorgeous! Pool is great. Walkable within ten mins to the main harbour area.

Clean rooms, wish it had air conditioning

Cons: The pool is rented out for private parties in the evenings some nights, so do not plan on being able to use it after returning from your activities. There is no air conditioning, so the windows need to be left open in the summer, which made is noisier than it would have been if the windows could be closed. The washer and dryer is a non-vented unit that is an all in one, so please plan for it to take almost six hours to wash and dry a load of laundry. Pros: The front desk staff was always polite and helpful. When the maid tried to come in to the room when the "do not disturb sign" was on the door and tried to tell us we were supposed to be checked out (we had a additional night reserved), the staff took care of it and called back twice to apologize. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out bed, which is rare.

The Parkside was beautiful. We rented a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms with a pullout bed as we were travelling with teenagers. The room layout, beds, kitchen and common space were amazing but there was only one small shower and the second bathroom had a huge tub and no door, meaning the entire bedroom was off limits if someone needed the bathroom. Would have preferred 2 showers and a door on both bathrooms! Otherwise everything was fantastic. Close walking distance to downtown and tons of restaurants.
