I wanted to share a recent experience at breakfast. While most of the staff were lovely, I did notice a less than welcoming attitude from one individual named Daniela. Her demeanor and facial expression seemed a bit off, which was a bit of a surprise. Despite this, the rest of my dining experience was quite pleasant! I hope this feedback can help improve the overall customer service.

We liked the hotel, the location and the conditions. But the staff, especially the breakfast ladies on the first day, were not friendly at all. Literally one waitress took our plate from under our hands while we were eating, and the other 10-15 minutes before the end of breakfast came to our table specifically to announce the time when breakfast ends (even though we are aware of it and that there was enough time) and started to demonstratively wipe right next to us. Out of so many hotels I have visited, this is the first time this has happened to me. Extremely bad impression. We liked the breakfast itself, as well as the espresso that is offered.

Super friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, even when we ordered a cup of tea even when the bar had just closed (11pm). Very happy to store our luggage before and after check in. Super clean, tidy, quiet. Only let down was the loo paper was not very soft.

It is near a metro station and Vienna main train station. The staff was helpful, the hotel offered premium breakfast, the acility was clean with several near-by restaurants. It is around 30 minutes walk or 20 minutes by metro to the city center. We will definitely stay there again.
