We enjoyed our stay in this very hospitable apartment and greatly appreciated the owners accommodation of our needs after arriving on a 3:00 am flight from Singapore. Thank you. It is well located and a short walk to the old city of Vienna and also near a train station. Excellent.

Our host was easy to communicate and very helpful. Apartment had very old furniture, but using them was not too problematic. Location was great, you can walk central Vienna. Metro and several tram lines were nearby. However, apartment was not clean; neither the toilet, nor the plates and cutlery.

The apartment was very nice, roomy, and the kitchen was well equipped.. We liked that the toilet was separate from the shower - easier in the morning for everyone. We were able to stay with 3 adults there upon short notice - the communication with the host was always very easy and prompt, with useful tips regarding the public transportation (very easy and close). Overall we would definitely recommend staying there.

Amazing place to stay in.

Our stay at Appartements Hermine was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The apartment came fully equipped—with laundry facilities, detergent, soap, and other essentials already provided. It’s not often you find a place where you truly don’t need to worry about anything—this one had us covered from the start. The attention to detail and thoughtful setup made all the difference. We felt completely at home, and we were genuinely happy with our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and stress-free place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had all of the items we needed (drying racks for clothes, washer, ac, kitchen space with oil, salt, & pepper, in addition to cooking utensils). We appreciated the shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent (1 load), etc. The apartment was comfortable, the beds slept well, the shower was good (temperature & pressure). The location is excellent. The U is half a block away, two Billas are nearby, and we enjoyed the nearby market, too. Communications with the owners were prompt and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location! So close to the metro for easy access to tourist destinations a little further from the historic centre but closest enough to walk to several highlights. The apartment is clean, quiet and very spacious for a family stay. Check in was smooth and the host is responsive. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Convenient location, near transportation and center. Though generally we liked the place, I want to mention that building itself is moldy (could smell all the way to the 3rd floor where we stayed) and kitchen is so small that it was no use for cooking.

Very nice and neat rooms. The balcony is definitely a plus. The decorations are modern and beautiful. We do not have time to see the original painting of Kiss, but no need at all. The apartment has a collection of Gustov’s work. Close to the canal and inner city. Will definitely book again for next visit.

The flat was absolutely perfect for our stay (4 nights) in a lovely quiet area full of shops, cafes and bars. 1min walk to thenearest tube station, about 15-20min walk tiSt. Stephen's Cathedrale. The flat was very clean with very good bathroom/tojlet. The kitchen was a bit dated, but fully equipped: cofee making machines, toaster, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge. There was a washing mashin as well. Tablets for dishwasher and coffee machine provided. There were also the following in the flat: a hairdrier, shampoos/ shower gells, an iron, even an umbrella. The appartment we stayed in was spacious, warm and quiet. There was a balcony anf a lift. Check-in was very easy. Sonja sent us the instruction on how to get there from the airport, gave us a code and with the code we obtained a key frome a secure box by the entrance to the building. We really enjoyed our stay in Viena and the flat made it really special, we felt like at home. Thanks a lot.
