We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. It was a nice room, except the towel heater did not work. Great area. Lots of shopping and restaurant options

Having normal expectations of a hotel, you’re made to feel like a massive inconvenience. Checked in and was given a room with 2 large windows that were fully open. Fine, but hen we realised the heating was broken, and the blind on one of the windows was broken (stuck open), so room was freezing (also smelt of pee in bathroom). Staff, after some under their breath moaning, moved us to a new room. After first night, had no sleep as there was only 1 pillow per person in the room (you’d expect some spare in a wardrobe). When I asked for extra pillows the next night, the staff made out like it was a massive deal and basically complained about having to fetch them. Basically, the location of the hotel is perfect, but the staff or management aren’t really to thank for that. They’re responsible for ensuring you have a good stay, and they completely lacked any decent hotel management qualities in that respect.

The reception staff were very friendly. Location amazing - so close to the centre - we couldnt believe how close we were. Everywhere was clean (& warm) which was perfect. The only negative we had was the lack of choice at breakfast and the service from the waitress, she spent the whole time on her phone with her earplugs in her ears - never known anything like it. Fair to say we didnt fill her tip jar. We even had to go in to the kitchen to ask for a coffee - at which time we were interupting her facetime! Aside from that, the hotel was brilliant and we would stay here again, we would just go out for breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for visiting Vienna, right in the middle of the city centre. I had a single room and my room was lovely. The hotel was very accessible when it comes to public transportation. I was a solo female traveller in Vienna and I always felt safe at this hotel. I travelled by train and metro to the hotel from the airport when I arrived in the city last week without any problem. Via Uber it took about 25 minutes to get back to the airport for my return flight home. The hotel was a literal 5 minute walk from places like St Stephen’s Cathedral and the major shopping street in the city - Karntner Strasse. All the main points of interest in the heart of the city are walkable from this hotel. I would definitely recommend this location to base yourself from when travelling to Vienna.

The hotel is in an excellent location downtown, just a few steps from St. Stephens Cathedral and other main attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room with a single bed was the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. It was clean and quiet though. I did not have breakfast in the hotel and cannot comment on that.
