Took a shower and the fire alarm in our room went off. We didn’t know what was going on so we walked out of the room and waited in the hallway for at least 10 minutes thinking maybe someone would come up because no one else alarm was going off. We went downstairs to notify them because no one came up. They told us that it was safe and they will fix it and that we could go back to the room. We asked them what could have caused it and they said that the steam from the shower could have been that. About 10 minutes later the fire alarm noise stop, but the flashing of the lights did not. So again we had to call back down downstairs to ask what was going on because they told us it would be fine mind you this is 230/3am in the morning and they then said they would move us but it was nobody on duty to. Customer Service, that night was just not good or considered of the fact that it’s 2:30/ 3 o’clock in the morning and we’re having to move out of our room.

Nice but small room.

Everything was nice but the room was quite small. Looked bigger on the picture. Great view, great service, nice gym restaurant was closed at 7:30 pm though. Room was just very small.

My stay was enjoyable and the staff were accommodating. The view from my room was breath taking. The beachfront right outside t my front door. Several pools also hot tubs accommodating. I will come back .

Upon check-in, I noticed that both bedrooms were not ocean front as requested - like we had with our stay previously. Also, one of the pillows on the bed did not have a pillow case. At 6 pm, I called room services to request a pillow case and additional coffee. This request was not granted until I went to front desk the next morning. I also informed the front desk the ac/heat unit made so much noise I was unable to sleep the night before. Maintenance came later that morning and fixed the unit and it hummed so quietly you couldn't tell it was running. I requested to be moved to another room with both bedrooms ocean front and a quiet ac/heat unit. They accommodated my request. The rest of the vacation stay was awesome. Good night sleep and plenty of rest! I will be returning to this property. Loved the ocean front and beach view. My main reason for staying at this property. Oh, by the way, I did find a couple of pairs of socks behind the console where the TV is mounted in the bedroom and I mentioned it to the front desk as well.

Didn’t know we had to pay for additional cars. We had another couple meeting us at the beach so we had two cars and had to pay $17 for everyday we were there. Also when we went to pay for the extra car the lady “helping” us was rude. The guy who initially checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Bed was SO uncomfortable--like sleeping on bricks and the sofa was not much better. Beach access & views were fantastic.
