The check in was about 2hours late. The room was a side view but the size of a walk in closet and my fee for two nights 1,117 The pool area was so outed dated and one side had yellow tape on it… The water fall was off.. The staff was nice thank God… I say this to say take resort fee off because it’s giving regular hotel.

Don’t want to bash this property but lots of room for improvement. A Hilton hotel should not show the bumps and bruises that lesser chains show. I will leave it at that as it appears the employees are trying their best. This is poor management decisions not a lack of staff effort.

Beautiful, clean, spacious room with a gorgeous view of the beach and the city (which is beautiful at night). Housekeeping was a little slow when calling down for supplies but otherwise loved it.

Very nice hotel!

Amazing views, nice pool and pool bar, perfect location right on the boardwalk! Hotel staff was nice, but you had to request room cleaning.

I didn't like the fact that maid service wasn't clearly explained. I had to request it, and even after I requested it, they never came to clean my room the entire stay (4 nights).

I liked everything but the rooms need a little upgrade like the carpets and coffee machine. We didnt have an iron and we had to ask multiple times for one and also towels.

I loved the different pools, including one for the adults only because children were everywhere including mines. I didnt like how small the balconies were, but i had a nice size compared to the floors below me. Toilet and kitchen appliances needs upgrading. But family enjoyed our stay overall.
