1. I checked in and was given a room on floor 5. I went into the room, and the toilet was running. Not overflowing, but just running nonstop. The toilet handle was broken, and there was no way to get the toilet to stop running, or any confidence that should I get it to stop running that I could then flush it and have it fill normally afterward. I called the front desk and asked for a new room, which they provided. 2. They gave me a similar room on the 6th floor. I was asleep in that night, when a party of two entered the room using key cards. Had I not thrown the latch before going to sleep, they would have been able to walk right into the room. The front desk gave them new key cards that worked in my door. They were surprised to find someone in the room as you might imagine. 3. A few minutes later, the front desk agent came up and asked me who I was and why I was in the room. When I told him, he left and must have given the other party a different room. 4. After this, my own key cards no longer worked to open the room, and needed to be recoded in the next morning. Not a big deal, but just worth noting. 5. The toilet in this also did not work well. After a flush, the float valve didn't fall, so the tank would not fill again. So each time I flushed the toilet I had to take the top off the tank and jiggle the float valve until the tank started to fill again. 6. The hotel in general was dark and dingy.

I stood here March of 2025! This property looks like it’s falling apart. It’s dirty the rooms are not cleaned. People yelling in the hallways at all hours of the night. I will never stay at this location. This place needs to shut down and do a complete renovation. ASAP!! I have pictures I can share.

Birthday Weekend for my Lovey

It started with a huge mix up with the reservation. Hotels .com fixed it and gave me extra rewards points for the inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel front desk clerk , Mykia was an absolute jewel! I am a teacher and had a music program, so I couldn't check in until after 9 pm. Because of the mix up, she upgraded our room, which made our stay even better. A true value and I will be back!!!

Very dirty and gross. Every piece of bedding from bedspread to pillowcase had some kind of stain on it, some small, some large, varying colors and sizes and there was crusty residue on parts of the bedspread and all over the upholstered chair. There were also dead bugs in between the sheets that we found when we stripped the bed. The kitchen faucet hot water knob leaked if turned on. The hair dryer did not work. The phone did not work. Overall bad smell in the room and in the hallway. Front desk at check-in and check-out were both courteous and professional. Room was disgusting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s very well taken care of. View of beach & accessibility to beach. Excellent. Room very clean & quiet I didn’t like parking garage, very low clearance & doable but risky for trucks, vans & SUV’s. Was on 10th floor & vending machines/ice in lobby. Indoor pool area nice but very small & has inconvenient open/close time. Hard to find located in between other tall hotels, the 1 sign with showing name of hotel it being at the top of building. Quite a lot of street contraction which makes entering & leaving a lil bit difficult. All in all we really loved our stay. Customer service & all staff very friendly & helpful. WOULD definitely stay again & refer friends & family

There is nothing wrong with Seaview, I think it is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. It was incredibly cheap and provided me a bed for the night. The room and hotel itself could be a lot cleaner. The view from the room was excellent.
