I booked a room through Expedia, but when I arrived, I was told they were overbooked and had no room for me. This was extremely disappointing, especially after a long journey and having a confirmed reservation. There was no prior notice or communication from the hotel, and no immediate solution offered. I had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute, which was stressful and inconvenient. I couldn't find any hotel. since i couldn't find a hotel that l drove back with two kids. The worrest experience ever. This kind of experience is unacceptable — when you book and pay for a room, you expect it to be honored. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will be cautious in

Great overnight stay

Our stay at Seaview Hotel was short, but very nice. We loved our view and our room was convenient to the parking lot. It was also just a short walk to the Dome where we went to see a concert.

We were initially given a room that was already occupied by other guests, which was very unsettling. After being reassigned to another room, we experienced multiple issues— the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. Unfortunately, no other rooms were available to resolve the issue. It was a truly disappointing stay. For the price we paid, I expected a relaxing and smooth getaway with my family, but instead we dealt with ongoing problems throughout our stay. Even opening the room door was a hassle. We didn’t receive clean towels or housekeeping service during our visit, and while we were offered an apology, there was no effort made to move us to a better room. The hotel needs to ensure their rooms are in proper condition before check-in and avoid double-booking rooms. This experience fell far below expectations.

The room was a good size. Location is great. The hotel condition was pretty poor. We get there about 2 hours after check-in time, and our room was not ready. The room was extremely hot; we had to purchase a fan to be able to sleep. I asked the lady at the front desk to see what they could do; she said she would send maintenance up, but maintenance never came. No effort was made to make it right. The only spot they have good ac is in the main lobby. The rest of the hotel is extremely hot. No air conditioning running in the hallways. The elevator is dirty and smells like weed constantly. The chair in our room was so dirty we had to put towels down to sit on it. The phone was not working also in the room. The bathroom was tiny. We will not book in this hotel again.Not a great experience at all.

I liked every worker there, all were friendly and professional. I did not like the condition of the hotel in general or especially the rooms. One of the rooms we had was 1/3 wet. I mean the floor (carpet) was so wet you almost splashed walking on it lol (room 601) we rented 2 other rooms, neither balcony door worked on them, they literally fell apart in our hands (101 & 204) one of the rooms shower didn't work, sink leaked, bathroom door didn't lock, no plug in sink and no soap at sink. The other room the bathroom door got stuck each time, I thought I was going to get locked in a couple of times lol it was hit and miss with the plug ins and chargers ports in every room. Everything was so bad in the rooms by the end of the stay it just became comical LOL the people, location and parking was the ONLY good things about this hotel. It ALL needs updated...from the wall pulling away from the baseboards to the bathroom doors not locking. I definitely would NOT recommend to anyone....unless I hated them 😆😆
