While bedroom photo is accurate, condition of the building and room is surprisingly substandard. E.g., bathroom door literally could not close and trim finish was missing in bathroom. Location is convenient but one should only stay here if looking for absolute cheapest cost for Waco area. Staff was courteous but there was a broken AC unit tucked away in corner of lobby area.

There very clean& we love the parking in front of our door.my complaint is not enough towels& the man who's running the front desk isn't at all nice He hates woman.but the hotel is good.nerfs at least 3 towels

It’s an older hotel but very well maintained. The only draw back is that you enter the rooms from outside which may not be safe for women traveling Alone. It’s very close to the highway but we could not hear any Highway noise. The staff is friendly and the rooms were very clean.
