Hotel would have given a five star rating BUT our room did not get cleaned until after we left. Called to get clean towels when we arrived back to our room and discovered the room had not been cleaned. I spoke to the front desk that day requesting a room clean and fresh towels and the maid mentioned it to me. So she received a call from FRONT DESK about the request. No clean towels and we were down to a small amount of toilet paper. Called down to the front desk to retrieve these items he said we had to come down to get them because he was alone. Overall, the staff was kind, apologetic, and accomodating. I will stay at that hotel again!
