Dirty bathroom, key cards not working, even when addressed w/ front desk. Ice only available in large open bin in lobby, front desk rep licked her fingers before taking our key card to fix, air conditioner not working, loud standalone unit in room bringing in exhaust & marijuana smoke from outside, no AM coffee available, hotel NOT secure - anyone can access all doors without a keycard, large event in parking lot we were not advised of which caused parking issues, front desk staff member unprofessionally advised us not to eat at a local restaurant (there was a much better way to give us his feedback, he chose to bash the establishment). While this hotel's rate was reasonable, if I knew that meant the service would be horrible, I would not have booked there. Needless to say, we checked out early and had to go home due to the lack of availability in the area.

I didn't like the fact that it was advertised to have a pool and a lounge per staff hasn't had for a long time. The reason we booked was the pool I had my granddaughter with us and she wanted to go swimming.The blow dryer was broke and they brought me another one which was also broken and they couldn't replace that one.The staff was very nice and the property clean.

Hoped for better

Refrigerator didn't work. Reported it right away and the morning of the next day. Nothing done about it. It was needed to keep some medicine cold. Stem to pull up for the shower head was missing and very hard to pull the small shaft up. Ice machine was removed from our floor. Had to get ice from a container in the lobby. AC was an indoor portable unit with a hot air hose going out the window.

Although room was very clean, had good linens and comfortable bed, road noise was intolerable and exaggerated by a jerry-rigged HVAC that would set off the fire alarm when running. No light or sound blocking curtains. Bedside lamp was nonfunctional

There were two beds in my room. The one I slept in was soft but ok. But the second bed was pretty worn out. I sat on it and sunk way down. It would not have been good for sleeping.

The hotel smelled very musty. The A/C did not work. There was a portable unit with the tube pumping outside. Stayed long enough to ask Expedia for a refund. Received it quickly - thankfully. BUT the hotel had the nerve to still charged me close to $70.

Very nice staff, but it looks like the owner really let this place go. Pool was completely drained of all water. There was virtually no breakfast. No actual A/C in entire building. Just ghetto and loud window units that come all the way into the space of your room. Strange that Wyndham allows the owner to keep this place. He's not doing well whoever he is...

Would give ZERO STARS if that was an option!

Broken hvac unit for hotel. Portable ac units in each room that are not able to get the rooms cool. Plumbing issues where toilets dont flush on 1st or 2nd attempts and bathtubs do not drain properly. No ice machines on floors and 1 portable unit located by front desk that was full of water instead of ice.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We arrived at 2:30 and was immediately informed that they were not letting anyone check in until 3pm. When we went down for breakfast we were greeted with a sign saying their food delivery was delayed so there was no breakfast.

every night when i come back to hotel my key would not open door had to get new card first night tv did not work changed rooms to go to counter for new key not was not nice than i had no hot water to shower with i was in town for a funeral had to go to a friends house to clean up/ i have stayed at wyndham hotels before BUT i dont think i will stay at them again i am not happy with this hotel
