I had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

The staff were absolutely lovely - so friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The room was spacious with a great bathtub and strong shower pressure. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The TV was a bit outdated, but we didn’t really watch it, so it wasn’t an issue. Housekeeping was available frequently when needed, though we often left the room a bit late in the day. The hotel itself isn’t new, but it’s very well-kept and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. I’m really glad I chose this place - no regrets at all!

The hotel had roaches , they put us in a room directly above a restaurant, I asked for a refund he said he couldn’t issue one Ok… so I asked for another room , we got another room right above the restaurant, saw a baby roach . So we went back down asked for a refund and now he can issue one . After lecturing us about why there’s roaches and sorta put the blame on us. I definitely do not recommend this facility, you get what you pay for !!!

The beds were not comfortable. They were roaches running around in the room. There wasnt a comfortable chair or sofa to sit. Not kid friendly. The breakfast was very limited. No hot water to make tea. The blinds didnt close properly. When it was time to check out we wanted to leave at 5am but we couldnt find anyone in the office until 5:35am.

Kind of run down. The room was ok, but bathroom needs updating and there were roaches coming from under the toilet. The breakfast was basically bread and cereal. However, the laundry machines were easy to use. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Not bad for the $. Maintenance guy Carlito made the stay better fixing Internet, sprayed for bugs. I was ready to leave until Carlito fixed these problems. No elevator, but price good for area
