The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom sink was clogged. The room was cold and there were no extra blankets. THERE WAS NO ROOM SERVICE!!! The staff was great, and the room was quiet. The bed was wonderful.

Great location, just around the corner from The Fillmore and in the midst of a lot of fantastic restaurants. The shower water pressure is fantastic and the large bottles of body wash and such are good to have in case you forgot your own stuff, you’ll never run out. The bed was comfortable as well. My only wish was that we had a microwave in our room to reheat leftovers from restaurants. I know there is one in the lobby, but it’s not super convenient to have to travel 9 floors in the elevator just to eat. Also, the lack of Ethernet for internet in the room kind of sucks if you need higher security for your internet connection. The unsecured WiFi network doesn’t exactly make me feel secure when using internet. No EV charging on-site either, you need to travel next door to the food market or other places in the city. The closes supercharger is in Checy Chased a few miles away. Some complimentary or reduced rate charging for customers would be amazing after driving such a long trip. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again when we come to our next concert. Thank you again!:
