What was once a solid 3‑star hotel has sadly declined to the point where it barely deserves 1 star. I’m not sure what’s happened with the ownership or management, but the property has gone from being a clean, friendly, neighborhood hotel to a run‑down and disappointing place to stay. During my visit in April, the hotel felt tired and neglected in every way. It was disheartening, as I have family and friends in the area, and I had always enjoyed staying here in the past. Unfortunately, this time I couldn’t wait to check out—and I won’t be staying here again until there’s a serious turnaround.

We've got the 2 beds suite with the city view. City view was really nice - we've seen the Washington Monument and a church. I can't say that the room was very new, but it was clean, everything seems worked fine and we did not have any issues with our stay. I also had some communication with the staff and every time my questions have been answered and everything went out fine. Neighborhood is also very nice and safe. It is far from the city center, but it only costs <$15 to get there on Lyft or Uber. We really enjoyed our stay.
