Disappointing

We've stayed at this property before and it has really gone downhill. The front desk people were okay, but really didn't seem to care that much. The TVs in the rooms did not have network TV, but the ones in the breakfast area did. I saw a spider in the bathroom. Only one coffee cup provided in the room. The breakfast was fair, but lacked variety. No bacon offered on a Saturday morning. The hotel store was mostly empty shelves. The worst thing was the parking. We paid extra and were lucky to get a space and didn't dare move our car for our two day stay as several spaces were reserved for "diamond" status guests. We won't be returning to this property.

Hotel room was out dated and filthy. Asked for a room on an upper floor, but was given first floor with view of a roof. Shower head did not move much and water pressure was poor. Next time I'm in the area I'll choose a different hotel. No desire to stay here again.
