I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was extremely clean. However, the rooms are quite small, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. What really left me dissatisfied was the way management handled my situation. I had reserved two rooms, but unfortunately, one of the guests was unable to come due to illness. I explained this to the manager, Donison, and requested a refund for the unused room, but he refused to accommodate my request. I found this very disappointing and not reflective of good customer service.
Overall, while the hotel has friendly staff and clean rooms, the lack of flexibility and support from management significantly impacted my experience. I visit the Wharf often and decided to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.
