The valet man was extremely rude and even honked his horn at my disabled sister crossing the street. The hotel was nice. Very fancy. Beds were stiff. The $35 per day fee may be worth it in the summer months but in the winter it didn’t get us anything.

Excellent location with beautiful views of the wharf/river, close to many dining options and shopping/entertainment. The room was clean and we were greeted with sweet treats for our anniversary (cheesecake and macaroons). All the staff were kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at InterContinental Washington D.C. – The Wharf was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, and I was even offered an upgrade which made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding expectations. The staff were consistently respectful, attentive, and professional, making me feel valued throughout my stay.
