Classy and Pleasant

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni Shoreham Hotel! The service was excellent—staff were consistently pleasant, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal especially for a conference. It has all the necessary requirements (coffee, gym, restaurants, and pool) with easy access to both the venue and many of the city's main attractions. Families will appreciate the thoughtful amenities like the playroom with arts and crafts for children, and the pool lift that makes swimming accessible for everyone. There’s plenty of variety without needing to leave the property—perfect after a long day of meetings or sightseeing. Overall, Omni Shoreham is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure. I’d happily return!

Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, great valet service, friendly check in, lots of stores/convenience/food spots on the main floor. Smallish rooms, small bathroom, old doors. Overall would stay here again. Horrible traffic area of DC though. Getting in from the interstate on a Saturday evening was rough.

Good family hotel but food options not great

The size of the room was great. We had 2 queens, a large walk in closet and a vanity sitting area outside the bathroom. Likewise, the kids craft room and outdoor grassy area were great for my family. It is close to a metro stop. The downsides are that the dining room is not open for dinner, so we had to eat in the bar if we wanted to dine on the property. Also there is no room service until 5 pm. The service for both breakfast and dinner was quite slow. Overall I would stay there again but research more options for dining out.
