The place was beautiful but the night-time reservation clerks and the morning time reservation clerks have conflicting billing information, which soured my stay. I caught the morning clerk in a billing lie, and she made amends for it, but I will not stay again because of it.

Great old style hotel. The hotel staff even loaned us a wheelchair as a result of an accident before arriving at the Omni. Great people and wonderful service across the board.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. But small bathroom is a serious hazard and liability. Shower-tub combo has no handholds or grab bars, and low, pre-contemporary toilet had ill fitting toilet tank cover that made noise with every use.

Well the first room was less than desirable. It had an odor. Had to ask to be transferred to another room. but the Omni front desk made sure I was relocated to another room that was spotless. Besides that little unfortunate situation, everything else including Service was impeccable. Friendliest staff., Tolu, Yeron Josephine (who left)… The reason I go back multiple times a year.
