According to Expedia listing, it's 15$ for self parking. However when I went to check in, they charged me 65$ to park my car. That's more then half the cost for a one night stay!!! If I known that, I definitely would not have stayed here.

Will not book Expedia again I will go through the hotel book through Expedia and requested one bed and a sofa bed I paid for two rooms and got one bed in each room but I did not have a sofa bed in my rooms Expedia advertised on LA Quinta hotel that I would get this . Did not know that when you book through Expedia it’s a third party YOU,HOTEL and EXPEDIA apart from not getting what I paid for the HOTEL was clean and staff were very friendly and pleasant

Okay for the price.

The rooms thermostat was npt working properly the entire time. Overall room was clean, but with only one tiny trashcan in the room it was hard to keep room tidy with normal trash from a family on a 2 night 3 day vacation. We left we left about 5 hours earlier than what had planned. It was very loud in the room next to us and we could not sleep. We would not pick this hotel for a family vacation when we return to DC again. The 15 dollar a night parking fee was a decent price versus other prices that other hotels in the area offer.

Stay was overall good, however close proximity to rail line which can be rather noisy at night, and closest metro is a 30 min walk along a busy road. Good if you have a car or happy to use lyft or uber.

I stayed for 4 days, and on the second day the elevator broke down. We were on the 3rd floor. I can't imagine what the people on the 6th floor did; they didn't fix it quickly.

While I generally refrain from lodging complaints, I must report that the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. Specifically, the presence of discarded items such as socks and hair near the bed, along with a generally unclean floor, indicates a need for improved housekeeping standards.
