We entered the facility and the front rotating door was closed and broken. It was very difficult to get our luggage through the front door. We got to our room, and a pair of socks were on the floor, the carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. There were no liners in any of the trash cans and none available. The wooden furniture was tired with lots of scratches. In the common area there was no available complimentary coffee or water, just an overpriced coffee cafe. I do not recommend this establishment since it is a casino hotel and should be top notch, well it is NOT!

Check-in was horrible. No customer service skills, no conversation and the attendant threw my license at me on the counter. Very rude for no reason. I handed him my license and credit card. No smiles, no welcome or to let us know details of our stay at the hotel. Other than that, we had a good time. Hotel is very clean and our room was very neat. Too bad the employees at the front desk suck!
