Super convenient location… food was good with attentive service and no surprises

Quirky choice stayig at a hospital.

Friendly and attentive staff. Our room was abit smaller than expected but manageable. We loved the ensuite, loved the spacious shower and separate toilet. Loved the fact that the bathroom door can be used to close off the toilet as well as bathroom.

Nice cafe / bar area. Comfy and the staff came round regularly to take orders. Breakfast was really good. Cooked to order. Staff very attentive. Room was nice. We had a ground floor room with an outdoor seating area although we don’t use it. Very light room, we had French doors and 2 windows in the bedroom.

Window did not close, had to have staff come up and use a towel to wrap around the outside to yank it closed. Bathroom door side coming off door, had to push and hold door wood to close the door. Room walls had stains all over, bed in desperate need of replacement. No elevator and no help offered to carry bags to 2nd floor. Would not recommend.

We loved our stay. We felt very welcome and the staff were fantastic! Such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We even met the cleaner on the stairs who stopped to ask if we needed anything wven though she was already really busy. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel both days and the food was delicious and very well cooked. We plan to return in the summer. This was our 2nd time in Dunoon but first at the marine hotel, we will definitely stay here next time. Perfect location for the ferry as its literally on the doorstep. Ample parking.
