We had to change rules after the bathroom sink got clogged. Once in a room to our liking, the heat stopped working, we were given an electric heater which cost the power and half of the room to go down. At that point there were no other services available as it was close to midnight. We were offered a full refund, but that goes through Expedia so wait and see on that

The hotel was very nice and historic. The rooms could be updated though. But I would definitely stay there again. Lots of history. If you are into haunted hotels you have to stay there. Folks on you tube definitely were right. I smelled a fainted smell of cigars. Even though no one was smoking. Also my wife heard at night the laughter of a woman or girl in the room. No one except my wife and son were there. The staff at the restaurants was extremely friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner there. Dinner was excellent as well. Again if I would be the owner I would restore the lobby and ballrooms to their old glamour and update the rooms to today’s standards.

The room was beautiful. The staff was super helpful & courteous. The bell hops were great. Stayed there to have a Hot Brown at restaurant. Great experience & so good. Had some trouble getting hot water for shower before bed but no trouble in morning. All worked out fine.

Got a Black Friday deal and everything was great. It's an old room that could use some more power outlets so i highly recommend bringing an extension cord. Was surprised with complimentary Sunday brunch for 2 with my reservation. The brunch at J. Graham's is expensive (39.99) but highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.
