Staff support was definitely lacking. Yes, we were there during a storm, but within the entire resort and casino there were ZERO offerings of food after 10pm. They were even unable to provide snacks. Not even a candy bar. We were extremely disappointed with accomodations relating to food and dining and any communications regarding early closure - because there wasn't any.

The room was great! We loved the bathroom set-up. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfy! We ate at the Tuscano Grill and it was great. Server was very friendly. The second floor bartender, Brian, was very accomodating and friendly.
