Compare Ski Hotels in Western Michigan

A little hard to figure out where to park to check in, but after that it was good. Also, had a little difficulty getting out of the garage. Front desk said our card was good until 6, but we couldn’t get in the hotel doors with it to get to the parking garage, so we walked up the ramp, then parking was charged to our room, but the key card wouldn’t open the gate. We had to call someone and eventually got thru after giving room number and name.

The room was very clean and had a very well equipped kitchenette. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Check in went smoothly. Safety was ensured with key entry to doors as well as elevators.

Friendly Staff and clean room. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay here again.

We love this hotel. Clean, spacious, friendly, good breakfast, and very convenient location. This is the second time weve stayed here, and we will be sure to stay here the next time we are in Grand Rapids

I was easy to get to, check-in was easy, the room was spacious and clean. Check-out was easy, and all of the staff we encountered were very helpful and gracious.
