Hotel was absolutely amazing! Everything is perfect! I would recommend this place to everyone. Location great, clean, friendly staff! My only complaint is my kids & family having to smell marijuana the whole time (on balcony, pool, pretty much everywhere in ocean city we went). Just wish there was a better way to control people smoking in public places so kids don't have to be immersed in it.

I found the water slides for children and the wave pool to be quite enjoyable. Upon arrival, however, I noticed that the room was not as clean as it should have been, with a wet floor stain, splatters on the walls, and a dirty tub. I was informed that there was nothing that could be done to address these issues at the time, as the cleaning staff was unavailable.

Perfection!!! Beautiful property - clean and elegant! Staff was great and the amenities were just great! A wonderful kiddie pool with slides and a lazy river - my kids had a blast and spent hours! Also has the Jolly Rogers park at a walkable distance, a convenience store and fast food! We loved having the kitchen which was so well equipped to make a quick breakfast, coffee, etc!! Beautiful living room which gave the kids extra space to hangout!! Overall perfect!

We had a great stay until the final night. The hotel was great. We feel that the city let you and us down, by allowing the "event" that unfolded beginning at the boardwalk and then spilled over to the beach and street at the hotel. It was a disgusting display of humanity. The hotel staff did an AMAZING job of insuring our safety. The city failed. Sadly, I don't believe we will return to Ocean City. There is a serious public safety issue that needs to be addressed. Mark, the manager at the bar, is a great asset to your team. The managers on duty Friday night, did a great job. Sad to see the city administration allow that to happen.

Rooms were clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Staff was friendly. Main complaints were that the door to the bedroom closed so tightly that is was very hard to close and when it was opened it made a very loud noise as the bottom of the door was being separated. This woke up my wife several times. The shower head, being on the ceiling, made it hard to get rinsed without contorting. Lastly the main outdoor pool needs increased circulation and filtering.

Rooms were not what I was expected for the price I paid. Carpets felt grimey and confirmed by the bottom of our socks. Rooms appeared ok at first glance, but shower head was falling off of the ceiling from what seemed like a slow leak. Black mold was on the ceiling in bathroom (only a portion, but I was able to see it). Down comforter was the worst part. They are either very, very old and overwashed, or had a hole (which there was not bc I checked). Feathers EVERYWHERE! First we thought it was from opening the spare sheets/pillow/blanket and had some fuzz on it. But the next day it was clearly feathers. We had to check eachother everytime we left the room. The indoor pool had an uncomfortable chlorine smell that my daughter and I could not last more than 10 seconds. Outside pools were nice. Staff friendly. For the price I paid per room, I was expecting way more quality in the rooms. I would not stay here again.

We had a nice stay at the Hilton. We booked the room with the balcony & terrace on the 12th floor and it was well worth it. You can’t beat the views or the location. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

This was our first time staying at the Hilton in ocean city . We chose it due to their advertised children’s pool since it was just an overnight trip . When we got there we were told the children’s pool was out of commission until Wednesday. The staff was friendly and were able to check in early which was great . The room was comfortable and clean and there was an indoor pool. The other bad was the ev chargers -this was our first time traveling with our ev so we saw that they offered it which was a perk but they were all different brands and didn’t work right. When we finally got it kind of working it said it was going to take my car 24 hours to charge which is insane especially since I had 40% battery. My husband ended up walking to the convention center and having it charge there .

Had a great time at OC in MD and at the Hilton property. Close to many dining choices, room had a great view of the ocean, and a kitchenette, balcony, living space. Amenities too. THANKS!
