we had a very nice suite and it was clean. however at times there was a sulfur smell in the kitchen area. some of the appliances needed directions like the coffee pot! the towels were clean but not soft. there were plenty of lounge chairs. the beach was nice but small.

It’s right in heart of all the shops & restaurants all walking distance. We didn’t need a car, 3 minute walk to beach on a cement walkway. The elevator wasn’t working, we were on the 3rd floor, fine for us but fyi if someone has trouble with stairs. Room was clean, pool was a bit small but only 24 rooms in the boutique hotel

Great condo! Ron was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The condo was clean & well stocked with everything we needed. Had some extra beach chairs & snorkels available for guest use. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was so helpful. We enjoyed meals on the private patio looking out at the grounds. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Beautiful property. Very secluded & private. Tides restaurant on property is excellent - live music Friday nights. Tides has a small lending library, a foosball table, pool table, & a few board games. Behind Tides is where the 2 community grills are located.The water in front of the resort is beautiful. They do get a lot of wind on that end of the island. Great for kite boarders & for keeping you from melting when laying out by the pool. The sand is not the powder soft type that you find at Grace Bay but certainly soft enough for us to walk barefoot daily. There are a number of built in beach umbrella spots with lounge chairs. There was also kayaks, paddle boards & a bin of sand toys.Our favorite restaurants nearby (15 minutes) were Snappers & Da Conch Shack. Both have great ambiance, good food, & are right on the beach with beautiful ocean views.The resort is about 20 minutes from the airport. 30 minutes from Grace Bay Beach - UNLESS you are traveling during rush hour.Staying here allowed us to visit this beautiful island at a fraction of the cost of the big resorts. Rooms were clean, pool was nice and the hotel is in a great location. Breakfast is an added bonus.

Beautiful oceanfront room with palm trees and water on display. Being able to visit the sister Property Alexandra’s with an even larger beach is definitely a plus!
