Old, dusty smells like cigarettes, mold and mildew. The linen and towels are off white and very rough on the skin. Throw the face clothes and towels away!! Replace them with fresh soft bright white linen, towels and face clothes immediately

Diagnosed with pneumonia so couldn't travel, never could reach a live human at Expedia, and when I spoke with someone at Hampton Inn, she said only Expedia can make the cancellation. Frustrating waste of money.

If I had a low-slung car, I wouldn't have been able to get to the hotel, the driveway is super steep and it snowed a lot. So here's a tip: if there's a forecast of snow, don't go in a low-slung car.

Declining Hotel

I reserved two rooms (307 and 327). The bathroom in room 307 was dirty and we had to get a different room. That was annoying. The hotel is declining and needs more staff. The bedding and furniture was fine. The tubs in the shower were too narrow and made it difficult to take a shower. The road noise was not good. Get a room in the back. The staff was okay. They need more workers. The hotel is on a steep hill in Elmsford, NY. After you park, the walk up the numerous steep stairs was not fun! The breakfast was fine.
