There was a bedbug in one of the beds. It was reported but we were not offered another room. Just a blanket. When we informed the front desk again the next morning we were told there was no documentation of the bed bug. Showed them the pictures and all. No compensation was offered or anything. We only had the room for one night.

Average for the tier of hotel this is... but the people were great and helpful. Chloe made checking in an efficient and friendly experience, and the next morning and checkout were nice and convenient. Water pressure and heat were also fabulous!

The room was pretty clean...the shower soap/shampoo dispensers were empty, and never got filled during the 4 days we were there. We did have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels twice. The breakfast area & experience was very good--very nice selection for bkft., and the area was kept clean. The entire staff was always very polite and helpful.
