I have stayed at this location a few years ago when they had a pool and we had a great stay. During this stay they put us in a small dated room tucked away by the stairwell. Bathroom was very small, bed was hard and creaked, the pillows were horrible. It was only for one night so just delt with it. On an upside its a convenient location and they have a decent free breakfast.

The property needed serious renovation. It was not up to the standards of many others I have stayed in so it was a little disappointed. I stayed at many inNY NJ and Florida and they were always dependable and always quality. Not luxury but dependable quality. Thus was disappointing

Just meh!

Overall this hotel is fair at best. Could be much cleaner. Updates have been done, but now they look worn and in need of spruce up! Staff was great, the rooms and building not so much.

Upon arrival, our carpets were stained. Our bathroom had a leaking faucet making the floors wet and unsafe, that wasn't fixed until our departure, our room wasn't cleaned daily as promised. Our family booked 3 rooms on the 5th floor. All of them had issues. Front desk was very nice, but couldn't really help :-(

Hampton Inn was affordable (Disability Income). It’s a two hour trip by car with a family member driving, therefore, location was perfect for our final destination (Mount Vernon). The hotel was very accommodating (THANK YOU AMIRA -front desk, FOR ALL YOUR HELP) 10/10 for: Room space, comfortable clean bedding, overall clean rooms, quiet and non smoking room as requested. Breakfast was delicious and the Food Service /Kitchen personnel(nice lady who brought the food out Sat-Suday) was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.. ONLY PROBLEM: I’m a 65 year old disabled woman with a Kidney Transplant and Osteoarthritis in both knees/hips. The toilet was made for a child. NEED TO ACCOMMODATE THIS DEMOGRAPHIC.SPECIFICALLY FOR LAVATORY USE PLEASE! I will be back! Thank You, Donna Cousart(David Spencer-spouse)
