The light switch in the room was broken. The TV didn’t work. The parking lot was horrendous with potholes and no lights in the back where I was told to park. I would’ve called about the issues but there’s no telephones in the room.

Horrible experience

When in doubt, get out. After 12 hours of traveling.. Upon arrival while walking to room the carpet was stained and dirty. Very outdated and not kept up. They only supply facial soap for the bathroom. I asked for hand soap from the maid and they had none. One roll toilet paper. Plaster falling off wall in bathroom. Went for pizza and returned with 3 slices in a box. Within less than an hour, we noticed ants on the bed. Checked the pizza box and it was covered with ants. Safety was an issue also, the side entrance doors that usually require a card to unlock and enter were broken and didnt lock at all. We found another place to stay for the remainder of the tripand hotel refused to refund balance of the days we didnt stay.

I loved the hospitality. The front desk was excellent. Everything was clean. My suggestion is to have the rugs updated. The hallway looks too worn out. The parking lot needs some work. Pot holes were noticeable giving the entrance a not very pleasant look. Other than the suggestion everything and everyone was excellent. I’d love to visit the hotel again.

(1) Room we were assigned had a combination of bed bugs on the bed and roaches crawling around. (2) Room after us telling staff someone was using the room to lay and shower bed was messed up and bathroom floor wet (3) Room we went into there was a crackpipe on the bathroom sink with drug paraphernalia around (4) the room was ok but ac barely worked. The staff and management didnt know what to do or say.

the pictures are false, I picked this location not knowing, I was going to get dress for my wedding the following morning. I checked in and five minutes later checked backed out I stayed long enough to take pictures to prove to my fiance that this hotel was a set for a tubi horror picture.

I was receiving treatments at a nearby hospital, I need something affordable. Please keep in mind the rate that you are paying being close to NYC. Overall we felt safe(we stayed to ourselves) the staff was friendly when we asked for things. Overall things were fine.

Interior did not look like pictures on the listing. Carpets dirty, stained, worn and patch jobs throughout. What should be emergency exit had no lock and anyone off the street could walk into the building. This exit was at the back of the building so staff would not know if anyone unauthorized walked in. Morning surprise roach on the bathroom counter. Then we found bunches of black tiny ants throughout the room and in food containers. We had to throw away food. We left as soon as possible in the morning, we were afraid our bags would have bugs in them. My daughter (12) said that our trip was cursed because of her experience at this hotel. She expected the accommodations better from the pictures she saw on Expedia. This hotel really bummed her out. Luckily it was only 1 night.
