The man at the front desk was terrible. He was on his phone the entire check in and didn’t explain anything to me. Very rude. That honestly ruined my stay. He told me to swipe my card but never informed me of the amount or if any hold on my card. I asked a question he couldn’t care any less. TERRIBLE.

Room is clean, great breakfast. Check-in boy argued with me and i don't recommend doing precheck-in because he made me do it all over again. But when our neighboring room was being rude and loud at midnight it was handled swiftly.This was our second time staying here and I would definately stay again.
