We had a 2 night stay. When we first walked in to our room, the carpeting by the entranceway had a brown soilage. Not sure what it was, but we got in late and reported it the following day. Unfortunately, there are no housekeeping services unless you requested. We were not advised. When we returned that evening, the soilage in the carpeting was still there, and the room was in used condition without the beds made, towels changed, etc.. I call the front desk for a housekeeping services and the staff was reluctant to provide the service.

While the hotel itself was fine, our room could have used some TLC. For the price, the wallpaper in the bathroom was lifting at the seams, the showerhead had either paint or caulk blocking some of the holes, and the tub downspout moved when you pulled on the bar to move the water to the shower. ALSO- there was nothing on the reservation site that indicated we'd be next to the elevator control room. We listened to the elevator ALL DAY/ALL NIGHT! Like living next to a train station,

At around 12:00 AM, I was disturbed by a strong smell of smoke in my room, despite the hotel being advertised as a non-smoking property. I immediately contacted the front desk, but the staff showed no concern and did not investigate the issue. Instead, I was told the only alternative room available was on the same floor where the smoke was coming from, which did nothing to resolve the problem. I found this response completely unsatisfactory and not in line with what one should expect from a non-smoking facility.

The first room we were put in smelled so bad of cigarette smoke despite the non-smoking sign on the door. We had to request a new room. There were stains in the sofa, the tub wouldn’t drain and when I tried pulling up the drain stopper and it was completely clogged with hair. The dresser in the room was broken My kid got sick all over the bed and I removed the bedding so housekeeping didn’t have to touch it. The waterproof cover wasn’t waterproof and my son’s vomit went right into the mattress through the holes in the backing of the waterproof sheet. Luckily I bright Clorox wipes to clean it. It the mattress was stained from other guest. Main issue at this hotel was its cleanliness
