This is a wonderful, historic hotel, with all that comes with that: smallish rooms, smaller bathrooms, but grand lobbies and wonderful public spaces. It's within walkable distance of restaurants and Hudson River factories and attractions. The bathroom was beautiful--small, but high quality tub and other fixtures and tile. We would have appreciated more plugs for our electronics (with nearby flat surfaces to put them on), but it was a lovely hotel for a vacation visit.

Absolutely fabulous stay at The Queensbury. The Pub was a cozy way to unwind after a long drive. The food was amazing and service on point. Check in was a breeze and ALL staff were friendly, smiling and accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again! I have fond memories of the hotel since childhood, it’s always nice to return.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! We were in a corner room. Very quiet! The only thing I would mention about our particular room is that the toilet is a bit sideways and you feel like you are sitting on the toilet paper roll dispenser. Otherwise the room is just right!

When I moved to Glens Falls in 1980, I stayed at the Queensbury Hotel for my interview trip. I also stayed there in 1981 when I relocated to Glens Falls. My wife and I had our wedding reception there in 1982 and spent our first night as a married couple there. After leaving Glens Falls, I had the opportunity to stay there in the mid-90's for business. When we planned this trip, there was only one choice for lodging in Glens Falls. The renovations of the hotel, keeping items from the history of the hotel and merging them with the new led to some very interesting decisions apparently. My wife loved the motif of the lobby. I remember many a Christmas party there.
The bathroom door could not be closed.

Although only for one night, we looked forward to our stay at this "boutique" hotel. The property turned out to be larger than we expected, but pleasant. The staff were universally cheerful, helpful, and informative - especially at the front desk. Our room was very large and comfortable, although the walls were varying shades of (battleship) grey and the furniture blocky and institutional. We see an opportunity for creative, colorful redecoration. The bathroom was cute/ small/ clean. Would benefit from an additional shelf to put our bathroom kits. Our 3rd floor room overlooked another roof so a higher floor would likely have a better view. We had breakfast in the elegant dining room, where we were able to apply our $20 VIP coupon to a delicious meal. All-in-all an enjoyable and restful stay.

I stay here whenever I am in Qbury. Somehow I missed out on the $20 discount because I paid for dinner with my credit card instead charging my dinner to my room. The Pub has good food and service. I don't know if I got a room upgrade. It was a small room but fine for me. A little noisy this time.

This is a beautiful hotel that is one block from downtown. The hotel has wonderful dining options, live music, excellent amenities and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Best hotel of 2026!

This hotel was classy, comfortable and immaculate! They gave me a $20 meal credit for booking through Expedia, and their in-house restaurant was fabulous! I swam in their beautiful pool with a domed glass ceiling, I enjoyed their 2nd floor hospitality area, and I slept like a dream in their gorgeously dressed bed tucked at the quiet end of the hall. I highly recommend this hotel, you'll enjoy every second you're there. Located in downtown Glen Falls, surrounded by other beautifully preserved historic buildings. Plenty of parking onsite too!
