We arrived after midnight so we were tired from travel. Our room had no tv. It had been unbolted and removed. Only half of the light fixtures in the bathroom were there. They were missing parts and were just bulbs hanging from the wall. There was only one black out shade on the window so the parking lot light shown into the room all night and could not be blocked out. There were no drawers in the dresser. Just draw fronts that were screwed to the side panels and they swung like gates. All four of them. The shower faucet was missing the cold/hot indicator and the screws to secure it to the wall. The TP fixture was missing both axles do the TP rolls we’re setting on the floor. This room should not have been rented. It was like it was being used for spare parts. We were too tired to complain so we just dealt with it. Not worth $111. We would like a refund on part of the fees.

One Night

I thought I was going to be late and called but put on hold for a long time and hung up. When I arrived around 8PM? The reception was as if I was inconveniencing her. Later I found 2 room charges on one credit card and 1 room charge on the other credit card. The toilet would run for a long time and the door to the bathroom had veneer coming loose.

The only complaint is the lack of snow removal in the parking lot. We towards the end of a 6" snow event, but the lot still hadn't been cleared 8 hours after the event ended.
